First. Beneficiaries: All the Town Councils of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region, which are not involved in any of the causes established in art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on subsidies. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant a subsidy for carrying out activities included in the catalog of the Cultural Campaign of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region. Third. Regulatory Bases General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region, published in BOPH No. 39 dated March 1, 2021. Fourth. Amount: This call is endowed with €10,000 charged to the budget application for fiscal year 2024 3340.48001. The Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region will finance up to 60% of the costs of the action and the remaining 40% must be assumed by the corresponding City Council. Actions carried out between January 1 and December 8, 2024 will be financed. Regional Town Councils may request up to 4 performances included in the Regional Cultural Catalog, but only 1 performance may be included coinciding with their own local festivals. A maximum of 50% of the actions requested may be from groups from the municipality itself. Fifth. Application submission period: The application submission period will be open from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, until October 31, 2024. Applications will be addressed to the president of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region and will be presented in the places and manner indicated in art. 6.8 of the General Ordinance of the Regulatory Bases of Subsidies. Other information: The beneficiaries of the subsidies granted under this call are obliged to comply with the collaboration protocol of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region in sporting, cultural, social, festive or other activities and events.
