First. General requirements to request dining aid To be able to apply for dining aid, students must meet, at the end of the application submission period, the following requirements: a) Be enrolled in a duly authorized educational center among those indicated in the second section of this resolution, at the second cycle levels of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Special Education or at the third level of first cycle Early Childhood Education in Early Childhood and Primary Education schools owned by the Generalitat. b) Having submitted the application (Annex I) and the documentation required in this resolution within the established deadlines or having confirmed the draft application. Second. Purpose To call, under a competitive competition regime, financial aid to cover during the 2024-2025 academic year all or part of the cost of the school cafeteria service for students enrolled in non-university educational centers owned by the Generalitat, subsidized private or publically owned centers other than the Generalitat that have this complementary service. Third. Regulatory bases Order 18/2018, of May 10, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of school canteen aid in non-university educational centers of the Valencian Community (DOGV 8294, 05.14.2018). Room. Amount The students who are beneficiaries of school cafeteria aid for the 2024-2025 academic year will receive the module per following day: - For Early Childhood Education, Primary Education and ESO up to €4.35 - For Special Education up to €5.54 - For school-home up to €12.35 In the case of rural areas and at risk of depopulation, or when the cafeteria service of the same educational center is provided in several classrooms located in different locations, the previous modules will increase by 30%. Fifth. Application submission deadline The ordinary submission deadlines will be from the day following the publication of this resolution until the end of the registration formalization period if you continue at the same center, or during the registration formalization period in the event that you change educational centers.
