BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: First. Purpose To call, for the financial year 2026, aid for the execution of interventions 6881.4 and 6883 of the PEPAC in terms of sustainable forest management, financed by EAFRD, in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community, managed by the general directorate responsible for the natural environment and regulated by Order 9/2025, of October 2, of the Department of the Environment, Infrastructure and Territory. - Intervention 6881.4, "Non-productive forestry investments in other forestry actions with environmental objectives": aid for the drafting of technical forest management plans and aid for sustainable forest management work. - Intervention 6883, "Productive forestry investments, related to the productive capacity of the forests and the development of the forestry economic sector": aid for the acquisition of forestry machinery. Second. Beneficiaries The persons and entities provided for each line of aid in Chapters II and III of Order 9/2025, of October 2, may be beneficiaries, and in particular: - For aid for the drafting of technical forest management plans: private individuals or legal entities holding property rights or rights to use and enjoy forest land in the Valencian Community, groups without legal personality and communities of property that meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases. - For aid intended for sustainable forest management work: private natural or legal persons and communities of property holders of property rights or rights to use and enjoy forest land in the Valencian Community that meet the established requirements. - For aid for the acquisition of forest machinery: persons and entities holding rights over forest land, groups and communities of property, and SMEs dedicated to forestry exploitation, work and services or to the first transformation of forest products, in the terms provided for in the regulatory bases. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases are included in Order 9/2025, of October 2, of the Department of Environment, Infrastructure and Territory, which establishes the regulatory bases applicable to interventions in forestry matters 6881.4 Non-productive forestry investments in other forestry actions with environmental objectives, and 6883 Productive forestry investments, related to the productive capacity of the mountains and the development of the economic sector forestry, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy 2023-2027 (PEPAC), published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana number 10232, of November 6, 2025. Fourth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for the aid of this call will be two months, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Fifth. Financing and amount 1. The aid included in this call will be financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Generalitat Valenciana, within the framework of the Strategic Plan for the common agricultural policy 2023-2027 (PEPAC). 2. The maximum budget allocation for the call amounts to 8,189,486.54 euros, charged to chapter VII, section 12, entity 082, Valencian Agency for Agrarian Development and Guarantee, budget line S1435, distributed among the aid lines as follows: - Intervention 6881.4. Aid for the drafting of technical forest management plans: 1,209,486.00 euros in 2028. - Intervention 6881.4. Aid for sustainable forest management work: 4,608,458.54 euros, 2,500,000.00 euros in 2027 and 2,108,458.54 euros in 2028. - Intervention 6883. Aid for the acquisition of forestry machinery: 2,371,542.00 euros in 2027. 3.
