Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Students who are pursuing official studies in their own centers at the time of making the application can apply for these aids, in one of the following modalities: a) The students of the University of Valencia, individually or organized in groups. b) Student associations, legally constituted and formed by students of the University of Valencia. c) Groups that group together at least three students. Applicant associations and groups must be registered in the Census of associations and groups of the University of Valencia, and with updated data in accordance with the Regulation for the management of the Census of associations and groups of students of the University of Valencia (ACGV 25/2019), while the instruction phase lasts. It is necessary that the applications prove the balanced presence of women and men in the data that appears in their registration in the Census, so that at least one of the three people representing the group or association is a woman, in accordance with what is established by Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the Effective Equality of Women and Men. In the case of applications submitted by students organized in a group in which 4 or more students participate, at least one must be a woman. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the call is to support sociocultural activities and proposals organized and carried out directly by students of the University of Valencia that contribute to a rich and diverse university sociocultural programming. Third. Amount: The maximum total budget authorized for this call amounts to 57,627 euros. Of which 28,814 euros correspond to the first execution period and 28,813 euros to the second period. The maximum financial award per project will be 2,500 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications is – From February 2 to February 26, 2026, for activities that take place between April 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026. – From September 1 to September 24, 2026 for activities that take place between November 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027. Sixth. Other information: Applicants must present a detailed project of the activity, as indicated in point 4 of the call.
