Official description of the call
Article 1.- Purpose, financing and available credit. 1.- Call for subsidies in favor of the Aragonese regions by 2024, for the implementation of programs related to families, childhood and adolescence. 2.- The amount available in the Budget for the year 2024, of the General Directorate of Family, Childhood and Birth, for the financing of the subsidies provided for in this call, amounts to a maximum amount of €310,000.00, with the following distribution of the lines to be financed according to the activity to be subsidized and budget application: • Services for reconciling personal, family and work life, budget application G/3133/460048/91002, available credit €210,000.00. • Activities to promote positive parenting and the comprehensive well-being of children and adolescents, budget application G/3133/460250/91002, available credit €100,000.00. 3.- Each entity may only present one project for each of the subsidy lines, which will include the different actions included in the project, the economic valuation of each of them, the overall cost of the project and the amount of the subsidy requested. Article 2.- Entities receiving subsidies. 1. The Aragonese regions that assume the commitment to carry out the eligible actions provided for in the third clause of the Call Order and are selected in accordance with the assessment criteria included in the call may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Article 3.- Amount of aid. The amount of the subsidy requested may be 100% of the eligible action. The subsidies provided for in this Order are compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose from the public or private sector. The financing of the Project may be carried out entirely with public funds. The sum of all contributions, public and private, intended to finance the Project, may not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. 2. The maximum amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed 15 percent of the amount of credit available in each of the lines included in this call included in article 1.3 Article 4.- Eligible expenses. 1.- Eligible expenses will be considered those that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized activity, are strictly necessary for its development, are carried out in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and observe the provisions of article 31 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in article 34 of the Law 5/2015, of March 25, on Aragon Subsidies. 2.- Eligible expenses will be considered those derived from the execution of the activities planned in the project, such as: expenses of the personnel hired for the development of the activities (salaries, S.S., personal income tax withholdings), acquisition of consumables, travel and subsistence allowances, training, dissemination and advertising, management and administration directly related to the project and others necessary for the fulfillment of the eligible object, which are not investment in nature. Article 5.- Applications and documentation to be submitted. 1. The submission will be mandatory by telematic means in accordance with the specific model generated by the online Processor tool, available at the electronic address, https://www.aragon.es/tramites, including in the procedures search engine the procedure 10362 Aid for the implementation of programs on families, childhood and adolescence, in rural areas, and selecting the option to start the application electronically. 2. The application must be signed by the representative of the entity, thus expressing their agreement with the conditions of this call. Article 6.- Deadline for submission of applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the “extract” of this Order in the Official Gazette of Aragon, website: http://www.boa.aragon.es. 2. The complete bases of the call will be made public through the National Subsidies Database, http//www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index. 3.
