The Management Procedure for the application of the Leader Local Development Strategy, within the framework of Intervention 7119 Leader of the PEPAC 2023-2027 in Castilla y León, of the Local Action Group Asociación Pinares–El Valle for Comprehensive Rural Development (ASOPIVA) approved by its Decision Body on May 20, 2024 and available at www.asopiva.com. and the rest of the current regulations that apply, all in accordance with the following bases: First.-Object, conditions and purpose of granting the subsidy. Purpose of the aid The purpose of this call is to finance productive projects, included in ASOPIVA's Leader Local Development Strategy 2023-2027 prepared within the framework of PEPAC 2023-2027 in Castilla y León. Conditions for a project to be eligible are productive projects, for the purposes of this call and as established by the aforementioned aid regime, investment projects that involve the development of an economic activity derived from a business initiative and whose objective is the production of goods or services for their commercialization. Depending on the regulatory framework that enables the granting of aid contemplated in the measure “7119.2 Aid for the execution of operations, excluding cooperation activities and their preparation, selected within the framework of a local development strategy”, the following actions are classified for productive projects: 7719.2.1–Creation; expansion and diversification of SMEs whose purpose is the production of goods. 7719.2.2 – Creation; expansion and diversification of SMEs whose purpose is the provision of services and commercial activity. 7719.2.3–Creation; expansion and diversification of SMEs related to the tourism sector. 7719.2.4 – Creation; expansion and diversification of SMEs related to the transformation and/or marketing of agricultural products (first transformation). 7719.2.5 – Creation; expansion and diversification of SMEs related to other agri-food transformations (second transformations). Those operations that, being of a productive nature, meet each and every one of the following conditions are considered auxiliary: That the operation is auxiliary by any of the previous actions, taking into account the exclusions referred to in section "1.2.
