Purpose of the aid The purpose of this call is to finance non-productive projects, included in ASOPIVA's Leader Local Development Strategy 2023-2027 prepared within the framework of PEPAC 2023-2027 in Castilla y León. Conditions for a project to be eligible for aid Non-productive projects are those that are defined in the Leader aid regime, which in the current one are defined as follows: "action or activity of public or collective interest, whose objectives are aimed at providing social, cultural, educational, environmental benefits, promoting territorial cohesion, among others, and that does not entail the development of an economic or business activity, nor is its objective the generation of goods or services for its commercialization. For the purposes of this regime it will be understood that they do not entail "The development of an economic or business activity, nor do operations carried out by local entities regulated by public rates or prices, as well as those carried out by non-profit associations, have as their objective the generation of goods or services for their commercialization."
