Approval on June 19, 2024, by the Local Government Board, of the Call for subsidies, through the competitive bidding procedure, for aid TO FAMILIES FOR THE PROMOTION OF SPORTS AND OCCUPATION OF FREE TIME THROUGH THE REALIZATION OF CAMPS AND/OR URBAN CHILDREN'S COLONIES DURING THE SUMMER 2024. Code assigned by the BDNS: 771272 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries The parent, guardian or foster carer residing in Pozuelo de Alarcón with children between the ages of 0 and 12 who have carried out the eligible activity may be beneficiaries of the aid. Persons who meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of December 17, General Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary. In order to be a beneficiary of this aid, the following requirements must be met at the end of the application submission period: Be a parent, guardian or guardian of the minor for whom the aid is requested. The parent, guardian or foster applicant must be registered in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The registration date must be prior to the start of the application submission period. In the case of foreigners residing in Pozuelo de Alarcón, they must have legal residence in Spain. The minor who carries out the eligible activity must have been born between the years 2012 and 2024, both included, and have attended a colony and/or urban camp in the period established for carrying out the activity, which must be different from those organized and carried out by the Pozuelo de Alarcón City Council. The beneficiaries of the aid must be up to date with their obligations: Obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency. Obligations with Social Security. Be up to date with tax obligations with the Pozuelo de Alarcón City Council. Interested parties may check the existence of debts with the City Council through the Virtual Tax Office (only if they have an electronic certificate), at the City Council's Taxpayer Service Office, or by sending an email to att.contribuyente@pozuelo.madrid in order to be up to date with the payment. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant aid to the families of Pozuelo de Alarcón to partially cover the expenses incurred by holding camps and/or urban summer colonies in the summer period 2024, as a measure to promote leisure and free time, as well as sports, during school holidays. This promotion measure aims to support the carrying out of cultural, sports or artistic activities in camps and/or urban colonies by children aged between 0 and 12 years, as a measure of family conciliation, to facilitate the performance of work tasks by parents, adopters or foster children while minors carry out recreational-sports activities in summer camps and colonies. Third. Regulatory Bases. General Ordinance of Subsidies of Pozuelo de Alarcón, published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 294, of December 10, 2012. Fourth. Amount The aid granted will be up to €100 for each child, or supervised or fostered minor who has been registered in a camp or urban colony during the summer period 2024 and who does not belong to the offer of camps or colonies organized by the Pozuelo de Alarcón City Council. In the event that two applications are made regarding the same minor, up to 50% of the aid may be granted to each applicant or a justified proportional part. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid of an extract of the call. Sixth. Other Data The receipt of these aids will be compatible with others for the same purpose granted by the State, the Autonomous Community of Madrid or by other Public Administrations.
