DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMY, FINANCE AND EUROPEAN FUNDS Extract from the resolution of July 2024, of the General Directorate of the Business Agency for Economic Transformation and Development, by which a call is made for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for small business start-up projects in Andalusia. BDNS: XXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call. The granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime is called for the years 2024 to 2027 for small business start-up projects covered by Decree 114/2024, of June 18, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, for the promotion of economic activity, through industrial research and experimental development projects, investment projects for the growth and improvement of the competitiveness of SMEs and small business start-up projects in Andalusia, by the Business Agency for Transformation and Economic Development (TRADE). Second. Object. 1. The purpose of the call is to grant subsidies on a non-competitive basis corresponding to the Line of small business start-up projects in Andalusia, defined in Decree 114/2024, of June 18. 2. Projects must meet the requirements established in the summary table of the regulatory bases for this line of aid. Third. Beneficiaries. 1. Companies may be beneficiaries, having the status of SME with the following legal forms: commercial companies, cooperatives and labor companies. 2. They must also comply with the rest of the requirements and conditions established in Decree 114/2024, of June 18. Room. Regulatory bases. Fifth. Budget and Financing. 1. In accordance with the provisions of the single additional provision of the regulatory bases, budgetary credit is allocated for the financing of the aid corresponding to this call for an amount of 7,500,000.00 euros charged to the budget of the Business Agency for Transformation and Economic Development (TRADE). 2. The subsidies will be 85% co-financed by the European Union, within the FEDER 2021-2027 Operational Program in the terms established in the resolution of the call. 3.
