BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and article 12.1 of the Order of December 20, 2019, which approves the Type Regulatory Bases and the type forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive attendance, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and in this BOJA. First. Call and budget limitations. 1. The two lines of subsidies regulated within the framework of the Order of July 15, 2026 (BOJA 138 Complementary No. 1, of 07/20/2026), which approve the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to municipalities and autonomous local entities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia intended for the maintenance of Local Civil Protection Volunteer Groups. 2. In any case, the planned granting of subsidies will be limited by existing budgetary availability. Second. Beneficiaries. the municipalities and local autonomous entities of Andalusia that have registered groups, and with the annual maintenance of the current year duly carried out, in the Registry of Local Groups of the Civil Protection Volunteers of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia as stated in section 4.a). 1st of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases. Third. Purpose and execution period. The following concepts related to the maintenance of the Local Civil Protection Volunteer Groups of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia will be subsidized: Line 1: 1. Costs of subscription and payment of the accident and illness and civil liability insurance policy, in accordance with the provisions of article 23.a) of Decree 197/2024, of September 3. 2. Direct costs of training activities for the members of the Groups, in accordance with the provisions of article 28 of the General Regulations: · The remuneration of internal and external training personnel, establishing the following maximum eligible amounts for the year 2026: - Training personnel: 54 gross euros/hour. - Auxiliary teaching staff: 30 euros gross/hour. - Collaborating staff in material support, custody or similar assistance tasks: 20 euros gross/hour. • Diet and accommodation of training personnel. The maximum eligible amount during 2026 will be the following: - Accommodation: 64.27 euros. - Maintenance for overnight stays: 40.82 euros. - Maintenance without overnight stay: 26.67 euros. - 1/2 Maintenance: 20.89 euros. • Expenses for media and teaching materials. 3. The acquisition of uniformity for civil protection volunteers and minor complementary intervention and personal protection material, in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of Chapter II of Decree 197/2024, of September 3. 4. Expenses for adaptation to the corporate image of vehicles, equipment and facilities of the Groups, in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of Chapter II of Decree 197/2024, of September 3. Line 2: 1. Equipment, vehicles and inventory material for the development of action functions in the field of operational support, as established in article 16 of Decree 197/2024, of September 3, to facilitate: · Participation in actions in response to emergencies. · Collaboration in the tasks of logistical devices and social action in emergencies. · Support for professional emergency services. 2. Equipment and inventory material for the development of action functions in the field of prevention, as established in article 17 of Decree 197/2024, of September 3, to facilitate: · The maintenance and adaptation of the facilities and headquarters of the Groups. · Collaboration in the preparation, dissemination, maintenance and implementation of local civil protection plans and self-protection plans. · Participation in campaigns and training and information plans on civil protection.
