First. — Beneficiaries. Commercial companies that are SMEs, micro-SMEs or individual entrepreneurs that acquire land located in the Agri-Food Estate in accordance with authorized industrial uses may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second. — Object and purpose. The acquisition of municipally owned industrial land in the Agri-Food Estate, in accordance with the uses permitted by the General Urban Planning Plan of Calamocha, provided that the purpose of the acquisition of land is: • Company expansion • Increase in the surface area of the existing business center • Creation of a new business center • Installation of newly created companies Third. —Regulatory bases.
