Official description of the call
FIRST. Beneficiary Entities. Private non-profit entities that develop projects within the framework of the I Strategic Plan for Equality between Women and Men for the City of Seville (2022-2026) for LGTBI people in Seville. SECOND. Purpose: Granting of subsidies from the Women's Service (Delegation of Education, Family, Equality, Youth and Associations) on a competitive basis to non-profit LGTBI Associations, Entities and Collectives (Lesbian, Gay, Trans, Bisexual and Intersexual). The purposes pursued are the implementation of projects and actions within the framework of Specific Objective 2.6., within Strategic Axis No. 2 of the I Strategic Plan for Equality between Women and Men for the City of Seville (2022-2026). Likewise, strengthen and consolidate the associative movement; give visibility and recognition to the contributions of LGTBI entities in Seville; promote equal opportunities, participation and presence of lesbian, gay, trans, bisexual and intersex people in social, economic, cultural and work life, thus achieving their full integration into society, and contributing to the construction of Seville as an open city that is respectful of plurality and diversity. For this, three modalities are articulated: * Modality A: Aimed at defraying the General Operating Expenses referring to the year 2024 of those entities that develop the purposes described in this call. *Modality B: Aimed at supporting the implementation of Social Projects, to be developed in 2024, that recognize and give visibility to the LGTBI population. *Modality C: The purpose of this modality is the implementation or continuity, as long as it is not identified with the general operating expenses of the entity, of Visible Points: devices that offer the citizens of Seville attention, advice, awareness and specialized resources on sexual diversity. THIRD. Regulatory bases. The General Ordinance approving the regulatory bases for subsidies granted by the City Council of Seville through the competitive bidding concession procedure, dated June 16, 2005 (B.O.P. no. 161, dated July 14, 2005). The text of the public call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime called by the Area of Preferential Care and Social Rights Neighborhoods, through the Women's Service, aimed at non-profit LGTBI Associations and Entities (Lesbian, Gay, Trans, Bisexual and Intersexual). ROOM. Call. Call approved by Resolution of the Delegate of Education, Family, Equality, Youth and Associations of the Most Excellent City Council of Seville with No. 4909 and dated June 25, 2024, which approves the public call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime in the 2024 financial year of the Women's Service for non-profit LGTBI Associations and Groups. The credit reserved in this call amounts to the amount of 135,000 euros, of which 50,000 euros correspond to Modality A, 25,000 euros to Modality B, 60,000 euros to Modality C. This call will be financed from the available credits of the expenditure budget of the Women's Service of the City Council of Seville, corresponding to the current budget, of the following budget applications: MODALITY APPLICATION AMOUNT A 07101-23115-48901 €50,000 B 07101-23115-48901 €25,000 C 07101-23115-48901 €60,000 The maximum amounts in each of them: Modalities Maximum Subsidy Amount A 7,142 € / Project B €5,000 / Project C €15,000 / Project SIXTH. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
