Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for applications for the help line for projects included in the Renewal of rural populations action. This call is published under the Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020, in submeasure 19.2 Support for carrying out operations, in accordance with the Participatory Local Development Strategy. The call will be applicable in the geographical area of the Las Hurdes region of Extremadura, in the following municipal terms: Casar de Palomero, Casares de Las Hurdes, Caminomorisco, Ladrillar, Nuñomoral, Pinofranqueado and the Minor Local Entity of Azabal. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid Local Entities that promote non-productive projects whose objective is the implementation of actions aimed at stimulating growth and promoting the environmental and socio-economic sustainability of rural areas will be considered beneficiaries. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADE R methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 50,000 euros will be allocated to be paid from the budget application 12003 0000/G/314A/78000/FR14190200/20160174, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 100% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of €50,000 per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be 1 calendar month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
