Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First.- Beneficiaries. 1. Associations and other non-profit entities, federations and confederations, at regional level and based in Castilla y León, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies that are announced, provided that their statutes establish as their purpose the defense of the professional interests exclusively of one or more of the following cultural sectors: audiovisual and multimedia, performing and musical arts, books and libraries, archives and documentary heritage, plastic arts and centers museums, cultural management and the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. For these purposes, the following will have the aforementioned consideration: - Those registered in the Registry of Associations of Castilla y León or that have requested registration on the date of submission of the subsidy application. - Those registered in the Registry of Professional Associations of Self-Employed Workers of Castilla y León or who have requested registration on the date of submission of the subsidy application. - Those business organizations that, on the date of submission of the subsidy application, have deposited their statutes in accordance with Royal Decree 416/2015, of May 29, which regulates the deposit of the statutes of unions and business organizations. In any case, public entities and those with a profit motive are excluded. 2. Associations must have a minimum of 10 members, and federations and confederations, with a minimum of 5 federated or confederated entities. Second.- Object. Call for the year 2024, on a competitive basis, subsidies for professional associations in the field of cultural sectors, to promote the transformation of cultural and creative industries, with the aim of supporting projects carried out by professional associations and other non-profit entities, federations and confederations, at regional level, that are dedicated to defending the interests of the cultural sectors. Third.- Regulatory bases. Order CYT/823/2020, of September 2, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for professional associations in the field of cultural sectors, to promote the transformation of cultural and creative industries, published in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” No. 188, of September 11. Fourth.- Amount of subsidies. The amount of the subsidies will be unique and will be determined according to budget availability, being a maximum of 80% of the total cost of the subsidized project, with a maximum limit of 50,000 euros. Fifth.- Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León”.
