Extract from the Call for Subsidies to promote economic activity in Tauste, from the M.I. Tauste City Council Mayor's Resolution 2024/1258 dated July 9, 2024 on the "Call and bases governing the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the promotion of economic activity in Tauste. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrns/index): FIRST. - BENEFICIARIES: Individuals or legal entities that develop or are going to develop (in the case of creation of new business activities) their economic activity in Tauste and meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries: 1. Natural or legal persons will have established their work centers in the municipality of Tauste, or, where appropriate, will be registered in the census of economic activities of the town. 2. In addition to the above, for the creation of new business activities they must comply with the following: a) Have a favorable economic-financial viability report of the project from the Local Development Office of the Tauste City Council, or a Business Plan carried out by the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce, the ADEFO Cinco Villas Local Action Group or any official public body. accredited for this purpose. b) In addition, the Association of Businessmen of Commerce, Industry and Services of Tauste 3 may be a beneficiary of all types of aid provided for in this ordinance. The natural or legal persons users of the Tauste Business Center may only be beneficiaries of this aid once they have consolidated their business project in the town, in an establishment independent of the space of the Tauste Business Center, and may benefit from the line regulated in article 1.1 Aid for the creation of new business activities. in the first year of exercising its activity in an independent space of the Tauste Business Center. - OBJECT: Aid is called, on a competitive basis, to promote business and economic activity in Tauste, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, renovation, reform and modernization of businesses and companies located in the municipality or that are registered in the IAE census. THIRD - REGULATORY BASES: The bases that govern this call. The granting of subsidies is articulated in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance for the Promotion of Economic Activity published in the Official Provincial Gazette of Zaragoza, number 22 dated January 28, 2020, modified in the BOPZ (05-15-2020, 10-3-2020, 03-22-2021, and 06-08-2022) which can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Tauste City Council htp:// tauste.es, following the route, transparency, regulations, ordinances and regulations. FOURTH. - AMOUNT: These aids will be financed from the credit included in the budget application 2024.4300.47900 of the Budget for Economic Activity and Employment Promotion, for a maximum amount of €40,000.
