Official description of the call
First.--- Object and purpose. The object and purpose of these subsidies is to collaborate financially with people over 65 years of age and disability pensioners, registered in the municipality of Nigúella, in order to facilitate the transportation and physical health of these people, contributing to the partial financing of certain expenses. Second.--- Budget credit The budget credit for the granting of these subsidies appears in the 2024 municipal budget, after modification 3/2024 in budget application 2310.48010, for an amount of 6,000 euros Third.--- Beneficiaries Those over 65 years of age and pensioners, registered in the municipality of Nigüella before the day of the publication of the call for this subsidy. Persons who fall into any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of this subsidy. Fourth.--- Form of concession The subsidy of this call will be granted in an ordinary way through competition, with the subsidy being awarded within the limits of the budgetary credit determined in the Second Basis. Fifth.--- Eligible activities and expenses. 1. The following activities and expenses incurred between April 15, 2024 and December 31, 2024 may be subsidized: a) Expenses through the corresponding invoice for taxi transportation originating and ending in the municipality of Nigüella for making the purchase, medical visits, etc. b) Expenses through the corresponding invoice for the podiatry service, in the municipality of Nigüella. c) Expenses through the corresponding invoice in the physiotherapy service, in the municipality of Nigüella. 2. The following activities and expenses may not be subject to subsidy: a) The provision of the same services included in sections b) and c) of point 1 of the Fifth Base carried out outside the municipality of Nigüella b) The realization of any trip by public transport, taxi, that does not originate and end in the municipality of Nigüella. c) Any other expense not related to point 1 of the Fifth Base of these Regulatory Bases. Sixth.--- Eligible budget, amount and compatibility with other income. 1. The eligible amount is 6,000 euros. 2. The eligible budget, which will be approved by the Mayor's Office of the City Council of Nigüella for each of those participating in the call, will be 100% of the justified expense of the activities carried out whose purpose coincides with those listed in the fifth base. 3. The subsidized amount awarded will not exceed 200 euros per beneficiary, with a maximum of 100 euros for the taxi voucher and a maximum of 100 euros for the other services of the fifth base. 4. The granting of these subsidies is compatible with the receipt by the beneficiary of other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, although the amount of the subsidy may in no case be of such an amount that, in conjunction with these other sources of financing, it exceeds the total cost of the subsidized activity. Seventh.--- Submission of applications and deadline 1. Applications for participation will be submitted to the General Registry of the Nigüella City Council, with identification of the name, NIF, address, telephone number and email and must be accompanied by the following documents: a) Photocopy of the DNI b) Certificate of registration. c) For pensioners, under 65 years of age, documentation justifying the recognition of the collection of a disability pension d) Responsible declaration to obtain the status of beneficiary for not being involved in any of the causes provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies. e) Responsible declaration of being up to date with compliance with their tax and Social Security obligations. f) Third party file duly completed by the corresponding banking entity. g) Declaration of obtaining other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose. 2.
