Beneficiaries Those who meet the requirements in accordance with base 2.a of this call may be beneficiaries of these scholarships. Second. Purpose. Subsidize the costs of registration, thesis examination and/or the issuance of the degree related to doctoral studies; as well as stimulating the mobility of doctoral students to develop doctoral training activities, directly related to the thesis research project, in foreign or Spanish centers located in a location different from that of the applicant's center of affiliation and that involve a change of residence.
