Official description of the call
1. Object and purpose The object of these rules is the regulation of the procedure and conditions for the granting of prizes for the “The Missing Passenger” challenge of the gamification application “The Challenges of Amer” under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the regulatory bases for the granting of prizes as a result of contests organized by the Amer City Council, initially approved in the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of March 17, 2022 and its final approval published in the BOP Girona. no. 99 of May 24, 2022. The purpose is the control and distribution of tourist flows that arrive to the municipality through the Greenway and the creation of a comprehensive ecosystem of technology and innovation, carrying out a pilot test of a sustainable, accessible, adaptable and autonomous management model for tourist flows. Through this new technology with gamification and augmented reality techniques, it is intended that visitors will spread throughout the town, the length of stay and tourist consumption will be extended, the economy will be activated and the visitor experience will improve. 2. Beneficiaries All natural persons who participate and complete the “The Missing Passenger” challenge of the “Amer Challenges” gamification application may be beneficiaries of the prize. 3. Prizes A prize will be awarded monthly, to be chosen between two options by the winner, consisting of: a) Rental with helmet of 2 electric bicycles, or 4 bicycles (2 adults + 2 children) b) A complete paragliding flight (transport to the passenger takeoff, flight of about 15-20 minutes, videos of the flight and insurance of the activity) Although the prizes are awarded monthly, the evaluations and concessions will be made quarterly. The prizes may have conditions due to weather and/or physical conditions of the beneficiaries. These will be communicated to the same application before participation via link. Beneficiaries will have one year to enjoy the prize from its granting. 4. Award criteria The award criteria must obey objective criteria, and may not be discriminatory for reasons of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, etc. The criteria in question will be the following: The rules to qualify for the prize are: 1) Having downloaded the gamification application “Amer's challenges” and registering (name and email). 2) Having participated and completed the “The missing passenger” challenge. 3) The prize will be awarded to the person who has obtained the highest score in this challenge, within the calendar month, among the participating people of each month. In any case, each participating person can only be awarded once within the calendar year for all the challenges of the “The Challenges of Amer” application. 5. Application submission deadline Persons interested in being eligible for the award will have to formulate the corresponding application in accordance with the standardized model that will be provided by the City Council within the period established by the call and will submit it to the General Registry of the City Council. Persons interested in being eligible for the award for the gamification application “Amer's Challenges” must have downloaded the game, registered and have participated and completed the “The Missing Passenger” challenge. Evaluation body The evaluation body is the Tourism Technician and the Tourism Councilor. Proposal for a provisional resolution, final resolution, deadlines and notification Quarterly, once the applications have been evaluated, the instructor body (tourism area) will formulate the proposal for a provisional resolution, duly motivated, which will be published in the municipal e-Tauler, granting a period of 10 days to present allegations.
