MONTAÑA DE RIAÑO LOCAL ACTION GROUP By Order AYG/1048/2023 of August 25, the Montaña de Riaño Local Action Group Association was selected as a Local Action Group for the application of its Local Development Strategy, within the framework of the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023-2027 in intervention 7119 LEADER and has been attributed to us a financial allocation to execute the planned local development strategy in our territory of action, in such a way that, based on regulations, aid is awarded to beneficiaries who meet the established requirements. By virtue of the above, the Board of Directors of the Riaño Mountain Local Action Group Association, as the Decision-Making Body of the LEADER Program, resolves to publish this call for aid: FIRST. – Purpose To call for the granting of aid in the territorial scope of GAL Montaña de Riaño within measure 7119.2 of PEPAC 2023-2027, in the form of a subsidy to be received by the promoters of projects that meet the requirements established in the Leader regulations, and in any case with the Aid Regime, the selection and ranking criteria for projects, and provided that they do not fall within the exclusions and limitations provided. (BOCyL No. 40 of February 26, 2024) THIRD. - Call The purpose of the call is to assist those projects classified in Annex I of the Aid Regime for the application of Local Development Strategies (LEADER) in Castilla y León in the period 2023-2027 (BOCyL of February 26, 2024) FOURTH. - Amount The total amount of the credit allocated is €1,159,021.27 for productive projects and €386,340.42 for non-productive projects. FIFTH. - Application place and deadline The call will be open throughout the application period. The call will be limited, in any case, to the financing available in the Strategy in accordance with the allocations referred to in Order AYG/1048/2023, of August 25, and whose deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of León and until December 31, 2027.
