Official description of the call
1. PURPOSE The subsidies are intended to cover sports practice for athletes residing in the municipality, with the aim of covering the expenses generated by their activity in the corresponding competition or the management of their project. 2. REGULATORY BASES Specific Ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies to sports entities in their different modalities and to individual athletes for the promotion of sport (Published in the BOP of Las Palmas no. 19 of February 12, 2020 and correction of a material error in the aforementioned ordinance in the BOP of Las Palmas no. of the Hon. Arucas City Council (www.arucas.org) and on the website of the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/776121). 3. BENEFICIARIES Individual athletes (modality C) who meet the requirements established in article 2 of the Ordinance regulating the bases for the granting of subsidies to sports entities in their different modalities and to individual athletes for the promotion of the sport of the Hon. may apply for these subsidies. Arucas City Council. 4. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES 4.1. The following expenses will be eligible for subsidies: .- Federation expenses .- Travel, stay and maintenance expenses. .- Expenses related to medical care of any kind for athletes, including insurance policies. .- Expenses for the acquisition, rental or repair of sports equipment or material for training and competition, which are not inventories. 5. BUDGET CREDITS The budget allocation for this call will have an amount of SEVEN THOUSAND EUROS (€7,000.00), charged to budget application 03/340/48917 Transfers to Individual Athletes (Modality C). 6. DEADLINE AND PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS The applications will be formulated in a standardized model (ANNEX I) of the Specific Ordinance and will be presented in the Municipal Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within 20 CALENDAR DAYS of the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas. The annexes and conditions for the submission of applications to this call for subsidies through a competitive competition procedure for individual athletes in the municipality of Arucas can be consulted on the website of the Excmo. Arucas City Council (www.arucas.org) and on the website of the National Subsidies Database ((https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/ 776121).
