Official description of the call
Subsidies on a competitive basis for activities carried out by AMPAS/AFAS and entities of the municipality of Salt, in accordance with the REGULATORY BASES OF SUBSIDIES GRANTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALT TO AMPAS/AFAS AND ENTITIES THAT CARRY OUT CULTURAL, SPORTS, SOCIAL AND HEALTH, ENVIRONMENTAL AND FESTIVALS OF PUBLIC INTEREST ACTIVITIES LOCAL", published in the BOP of Girona on July 6, 2021. Non-profit entities established in Salt that are duly registered in the municipal registry of citizen entities, with the limitations and specificities described in the Regulatory Bases of the subsidies object of this call. Eligible activities Those activities that are carried out in the period between October 1 of the year preceding the year of the call and the September 30 of the year of the call. Period for submitting applications and deadlines The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of this call in the BOP of Girona and will end after 20 business days. If the documentation presented is considered incorrect or incomplete, the Salt City Council may require the applicant, within a period of 10 days, to expand or correct the information provided in the application or in the justification. If after this period the requested documentation has not been corrected or provided, it is understood that the interested party has withdrawn from their application, following a resolution that will be issued in the terms provided in the article. 68 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and the actions will be archived without any further procedure. Resolution and notification deadlines. This call is open. The different Areas of the Salt City Council must issue the corresponding proposals for granting subsidies before August 31, 2024. Once this period has passed without the resolution having been and adopted, the applicants will be able to understand. your request has been rejected due to administrative silence. The resolution must be individually notified to all admitted applicants within ten days from the date on which it has been resolved. Notifications will be made by any means that allows the City Council to have proof that the interested party or their legal representative has received the resolution, as well as the date, identity and content of the administrative act, without prejudice to the obligation to publicize the grants awarded, in accordance with the provisions of the general subsidy regulations. Justification period The subsidies awarded must be justified within the period that will end on October 31, 2024, by presenting the supporting account in accordance with the standardized models that will be available to interested parties on the Salt City Council website (www.viladesalt.cat).
