Subsidies intended to support cooperative societies in Aragon for the year 2024

Official description of the call

First. — Beneficiaries. Cooperatives established in accordance with the Aragon Cooperative Law may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, with the exception and requirements established in this call. Second. - Object. This call establishes and specifies the conditions for access to subsidies under a publicity, objectivity and competitive competition regime for the year 2024, aimed at supporting cooperative societies in Aragon, within the framework of the Plan to Promote the Social Economy. Third. —Regulatory bases. Order EPE/340/2023, of March 24, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies intended to support cooperative societies in Aragon, within the framework of the Plan to Promote the Social Economy. Room. — Amount. The maximum amount of the credit provided for this call is €650,000, financed with the Autonomous Community of Aragon's own funds and charged to the following budget items: a) 15090G/7232/470218/91002 called “Plan to Promote Cooperatives”, endowed with 50,000 euros intended for the financing of current expenses. b) 15090G/7232/770221/91002 called “Cooperative Investment Plan” with 600,000 euros allocated to financing investments. Subsidies will be awarded until the budget allocation is exhausted. The exhaustion of the established credit will make it impossible to continue granting subsidies under this call, with the obligation to reject pending applications. However, the distribution of the amount is an estimate and if the amount of one of the budget items is exhausted, leaving requests pending to be processed, the budget allocated to each one may be reallocated in compliance with the provisions of points 4 and 5 of article 58 of RD 887/2006, of July 21, Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies, approved by the Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. The credit of the call may be increased, after publication and determination of the specific additional amount, either due to having recognized or settled obligations derived from other calls for an amount lower than the subsidy granted or as a consequence of a generation, an extension or an incorporation of credit, as established in article 58 of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21 and article 39.2 of the Aragon Subsidies Law. The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit as a consequence of the circumstances indicated above. Fifth. — Concession regime The granting regime for this aid will be simplified competitive competition, in accordance with article 16.3.a) of the Aragon Subsidies Law. Within the available credit, the granting will be made based on the date of submission of the applications, provided that they are validly presented, complete, and meet all established requirements, until the funds are exhausted. Sixth. — Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this call in the "Official Gazette of Aragon" and will extend until October 31, 2024. In the event that budgetary availability is exhausted before the indicated final date, this circumstance will be declared by Resolution of the head of the General Directorate in charge of processing, which will be published on the website of the granting Department. Seventh. — Other data. Applications must be submitted exclusively electronically, in accordance with the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. To do this, those who request help must have an electronic DNI, or any electronic certificate that has been previously recognized by this Administration and is compatible with the different enabling elements and corporate technological platforms of the Government of Aragon. The information related to certificates, signatures and electronic seals is available at the electronic headquarters of the Public Administration of Aragon: https://www.aragon.es/tramites/certificado-electronico. The application and complementary documentation will be submitted through the Elec Headquarters.
