Official description of the call

First. - Regulatory Bases: The regulatory Bases of this call were approved by agreement of the Island Government Council held on August 5, 2024. Second. - Beneficiaries: They may have the status of beneficiaries, natural persons, legal entities, civil companies, communities of property and groups of people who have launched a business initiative, and in the case of commercial companies, special commercial companies, civil companies and communities of property, those whose share capital is owned only by natural persons, and equally, those groups of people in which all of them are natural persons who have launched or intend to launch a business initiative whose terms of incorporation or start of economic activities are from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024, that meet the requirements established in the second Base of the regulations. Third. - Purpose: Establish the rules that must govern the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, of subsidies intended to facilitate the start-up of a business activity by self-employed people, as self-employed, jointly with other workers, or who plan to expand an economic activity through the opening of a new premises, in which direct service is provided to the public, or commercial establishment of an already existing activity, and that generate employment on the island of Tenerife. Room. - Amount: The budgetary credit approved for this call amounts to THREE HUNDRED AND SIX THOUSAND EUROS (€300,000.00), corresponding to the year 2024, declared expandable by a total of up to ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€100,000.00) depending on the availability of credit as a consequence of any of the regulatory circumstances established. The amount to be awarded will depend on the personal circumstances of the applicant and the stable employment that is intended to be created with the new company, as follows: - General Applicant (individual or collective): €1,000.00. - Increase for opening a premises at street level, understood as one that allows direct access to consumers from public roads: €6,000.00 A premises at street level will be understood as one whose location is at ground level and that allows direct access to consumers from public roads to receive the service provided or carry out the commercial transaction. Those premises that are not located on a floor at street level or those that are located in shopping centers will not have this consideration. -Increase per applicant, or the majority of working members of the applicant group who represent at least 50% of the capital or foundation contributions, with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%: €1,000.00 -Increase for female applicants or in whose group they work and these are at least 50% of the total capital or contributions to the foundation of the group in which they are part: €1,000.00 -Increase for creation of employed employment: €400.00 for each full-time contract (max. 5 contracts). In the case of part-time contracts, they may receive the corresponding proportional part in the same proportion that the part-time part of that contract represents with respect to the full day of 40 hours per week. Full time will be understood as a working day of 40 hours per week. In the event that the contracts are made part-time, the amount to be awarded for each employment contract created in this concept will be adjusted in proportion to what the hours of the day included in each contract represent with respect to the total of 40 weekly hours. The evaluation of the amount of the subsidy to be granted will be determined based on the documentation provided by the promoters or companies, it being necessary to attach the information requested in the annexes to these Bases along with the mandatory documentation. Otherwise, no increase can be determined to the amount of the General Applicant if the groups and circumstances of the applicants are not documented. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: From the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife until September 30
