BDNS: XXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://.................................. First Beneficiaries Entities defined in article 2 of Law 43/2015, of October 9, of the Third Sector of Social Action, as well as the Spanish Red Cross in the Autonomous Community of Madrid, as well as the confederations, federations, associations and groups of entities without legal personality, as long as they comply with the provisions of the aforementioned Law 43/2015, of October 9, that propose projects to be executed in the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid. Only and exclusively for projects that are submitted to subline B4 "food and soup kitchens", non-profit institutions that provide soup kitchen services in the Community of Madrid and that are not included in article 2 of Law 43/2015, of October 9, will also be beneficiaries. Second Object The object of this call is the granting, charged to the 2024 financial year, of subsidies for social projects aimed at carrying out programs of social interest aimed at vulnerable populations, charged to the general budgets of the Community of Madrid, at 0.7 percent of the income from taxes on the Income of Individuals and Companies and to the Co-Responsible Plan, within the scope of the Community of Madrid. The subsidies object of this order will be intended to cover the needs specific social assistance aimed at caring for people in situations of poverty and social exclusion or who find themselves in other situations of special vulnerability, within the jurisdiction of the Community of Madrid. Third Regulatory bases Order 2177/2024, of July 1, of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for social projects aimed at carrying out programs of general interest considered of social interest, charged to the general budgets of the Community of Madrid, at 0.7 percent of the yield of Personal Income Taxes and Companies and the Co-Responsible Plan, within the scope of the Community of Madrid, published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 160, of July 1. Fourth Amount The amount of the subsidy is 47,865,856.20 euros, charged to subconcepts 48099, 78099 and 48200 of program 232E, of the expenditure budget of the Community of Madrid for the year 2024, of which 30,240,856.23 euros come from the credit that is expected to be transferred by the State from the 0.7 percent of the income from Personal Income Tax and Corporate Tax, the other 12,625,000 euros come from the Community of Madrid's own budget and 5,000,000 euros transferred by the State for the Joint Responsibility Plan. The authorized credit may be increased depending on budget availability, if an additional amount is set, on an exceptional basis, in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications Fifteen calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid
