Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: All families registered in Narón, with minor children who, as of December 31, 2024, are between 0 and 16 years old, may apply for aid. In order to request this aid, the following family circumstances will be taken into account: - The legal representatives - father, mother or guardian - of the minors. - In the event of annulment, separation or divorce of the parents or other procedures related to minors, the recipient of the aid will be the father or mother who has custody of the minor, in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory agreement or judicial resolution. In the case of shared custody, only one of the parents may request it, and if both parents request it, only the parent with whom the minor is registered will be taken into account. - In the case of foster care, the recipient of the aid will be the person or persons who have been awarded it by administrative resolution or judicial order. People whose cohabitation unit exceeds the annual income limit established in the table in the “Granting Criteria” section of the regulatory bases may not be beneficiaries of this aid. Second. Purpose: It is the granting of aid aimed at the integration of people who lack sufficient financial resources, ensuring that minors from the most disadvantaged families in the Narón City Council have a gift for Christmas, thus contributing to the promotion of equality for boys and girls belonging to families that, at this time, have a precarious economic situation. Third. Regulatory Bases: The call will be governed by the regulatory bases published in BOP number 164 dated August 27, 2024, available at https://bop.dacoruna.gal/bopportal/publicado/2024/08/27/2024_0000005775.pdf Fourth. Amount: The amount of the aid will be €60 per minor, and its payment will be made through the delivery of a “VOUCHER”, signed by the delegated council, which will be presented in any of the commercial establishments in the municipality of Narón that accept this means of payment, to be able to purchase the items that the applicant demands, for the maximum amount that appears in the aforementioned “VOUCHER”, which will coincide with the amount of the aid granted. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the BOP of A Coruña.
