Official description of the call
Article 1.- Purpose, financing and amount. 1.- Call for subsidies for the year 2024 in favor of legally constituted non-profit entities, with headquarters and scope of action in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, for carrying out actions in matters of families, childhood and adolescence, whose purpose is to carry out some of the projects referred to in article 3 of the Call Order 2.- The amount available in the Budget for the year 2024, of the General Directorate of Family, Childhood and Birth, for the financing of the subsidies provided for in this call, amounts to a maximum amount of €1,310,000, with the following distribution of the lines to be financed according to the activity to be subsidized and budget application: Line 1: Support services for family, work and personal conciliation of families with dependents over sixteen years of age, in a situation of disability and dependency, budget application 20020 G/3133/480122/91002, available credit €250,000. Line 2: Support services for family, work and personal conciliation aimed at families with daughters and sons under 16 years of age, budget application 20020 G/3133/480122/91002, available credit €400,000. Line 3: Attention to families in vulnerable situations, budget application 20020 G/3133/480122/91002, available credit €250,000. Line 4: Activities to promote positive parenting, for the prevention of family and gender violence, budget application 20020 G/3133/480122/39135, available credit €410,000. Projects financed by the State Pact on Gender Violence of the Ministry of Equality. Article 2.- Beneficiary Entities. Legally constituted non-profit entities, with headquarters and scope in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this Order: Their objectives and actions include support for families. That they have headquarters and scope of action in the Autonomous Community of Aragón. They are registered in the Registry of Social Action Entities, Services and Establishments on the start date of the application submission period. Entities that fall into the circumstances provided for in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of these subsidies, among which are not being up to date in compliance with the tax obligations with the State Treasury or with Social Security imposed by the current provisions. Likewise, those who have outstanding debts with the Treasury of the Autonomous Community of Aragon may not be beneficiaries of the subsidies either. Article 3.- Projects eligible for subsidy. Projects presented by non-profit entities that involve actions in the Aragonese territory, which have any of the following objectives, may be subject to subsidy: Line 1: Projects aimed at facilitating the reconciliation of personal, family and work life and the care and protection of people over sixteen years of age in a situation of disability and dependency. Line 2: Projects aimed at facilitating the reconciliation of personal, family and work life and the care and protection of minors under sixteen years of age at home or in public spaces. Line 3: Projects aimed at caring for and supporting families and their children who are in social vulnerability derived from their socio-family situation, giving priority to those projects aimed at caring for large and single-parent families. Line 4: Projects aimed at promoting positive parenting and the comprehensive well-being of children and adolescents, ensuring their protection and supporting families in upbringing and education. Article 4.- Amount of the subsidy. 1.- The amount requested for each Project to be subsidized may not exceed 80 percent of its development cost. If the entity receives more public aid, the sum thereof may not exceed 80 percent of the development cost of the Project; otherwise, the contribution corresponding to this call will be reduced until it meets that percentage.
