BDNS (Identif): 781040 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the BDNS. First. Call. The procedure is called, on a competitive basis, for subsidies aimed at promoting sport for people with disabilities for the acquisition of sports equipment and materials inventoried in the activity carried out by the sports clubs and sports sections of Andalusia (FDD modality), in the maximum amount of 250,000 euros and charged to budget item 1600030000 G/46B/78701/XX 01 2022000149. Second. Beneficiaries. Andalusian sports clubs and sports sections. Third. Object. Promote the practice of sports by people with disabilities through subsidies for the acquisition of inventoryable sports equipment and material. The principle of equality established in Law 12/2007, of November 26, for the promotion of gender equality in Andalusia will be taken into account. Room. Regulatory bases. This call is regulated by the Order of October 27, 2022, which establishes the Regulatory Bases for the granting, under a competitive competition regime, of subsidies aimed at promoting sports for people with disabilities for the acquisition of sports equipment and material inventories in the activity carried out by the sports clubs and sports sections of Andalusia (BOJA no. 214, of November 8, 2022) and in its correction of errors published in BOJA no. 224, of November 22, 2022. Fifth. Amount. The maximum amount of the budget credit for the 2024 call amounts to 250,000 euros. The subsidy per beneficiary will have a minimum amount of 500 euros and a maximum amount of 6,000 euros. In the event that the maximum global amount allocated to the subsidies is not sufficient to cover all the subsidies requested, the maximum global amount allocated in the call will be prorated based on the proportion that corresponds to each entity according to the points valuation obtained, among the beneficiary entities. If there is a surplus amount after the distribution, successive redistributions will be made in the same manner described until the total distribution of the credit. The formula that will be used for the proration will be the following: Total amount of the call Amount of the aid = ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- x Points of each beneficiary Sum of the points of all the beneficiaries The distribution of the maximum amount stipulated in the previous section between the different provinces of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, as areas of competitive competition for the aid that is called, is as follows: Almería: €32,000 Cádiz: €35,000 Córdoba: €22,000 Granada: €35,000 Huelva: €22,000 Jaén: €12,000 Málaga: €46,000 Seville: €46,000 Total: €250,000 The budget allocation is made, in its entirety, from credits for the year 2024. Sixth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the day on which this extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.
