Official description of the call
The Local Government Board, in a session held on August 8, 2024, has approved the call corresponding to the 2024 year for the granting of aid for empty homes in the municipality of Vilafant and made available to the social rental mediation pool of the Alt Empordà Regional Council: Financial aid for people who own empty homes in Vilafant and made available to the rental mediation pool social.In accordance with the bases published in the BOP-G no. 188, of September 29, 2020 and DOG-C, no. 8239, of October 2, 2020. These subsidies may be requested from the day following the publication of this Edict in the Official Gazette of the Province and will be granted in chronological order of presentation until the budget items for the current year are exhausted. Once the budget item has been exhausted, no more applications will be accepted for the current year and, in any case, interested parties must submit again to the next annual call or calls.
