Resolution of August 21, 2024, of the Mayor's Office of the City Council of Narón, which approves the bases and public call for the granting of subsidies to associations and other municipal entities corresponding to the year 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Social associations and institutions and other non-profit entities that meet the general requirements set out in art. 3 of the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Narón City Council. They must be legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of the City Council with updated data at the time of submitting the application, and have duly justified aid or subsidies granted in previous years by the City Council, if applicable, and other requirements established in art. 3.1 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Narón City Council. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the call is to grant subsidies for actions and programs carried out during the 2024 financial year that promote and energize the active participation of the neighborhood in the associative fabric, in the following areas: Socio-educational Sociocultural Equality People with disabilities People with drug addictions Childhood Immigration Ethnic minorities Care for the elderly Citizen participation Youth Environmental Health The subsidized actions and programs will be governed by the prescriptions contained in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Narón City Council, and must be related to the purposes of the entity. Third. Regulatory Bases: The call will be governed by the regulatory bases published in BOP number 164, dated August 27, 2024, available at https://bop.dacoruna.gal/bopportal/publicado/2024/08/27/2024_0000005967.pdf. Room. Amount: The subsidies granted in this call will be made from the budget of the Narón City Council for the year 2024, budget application 9240.48001, up to a maximum amount of €33,277.76. The amount of the subsidy to be granted to each beneficiary entity will be less than €3,000.00, and may not exceed 80% of the expenses budget presented. In the event that the sum of the amount to be granted resulting from the assessment and the requests or grants of other aid by public organizations or private entities exceeds 100% of the total cost of the project presented by the requesting entity, the amount of the municipal subsidy would be reduced proportionally. When the assessment and the resulting amount determine aid greater than the amount requested by the entity, the subsidy will be limited to the amount requested. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the BOP of A Coruña.
