Official description of the call
OBJECT I PURPOSE: The purpose of the call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to cultural entities during the year 2024. The call is divided into five programs: - Program 5.1: Performing arts - Program 5.2: Music - Program 5.3: Plastic Arts - Program 5.4: Municipal family associations - Program 5.5: Sociocultural activities REGULATORY BASES: Approved by the plenary session of the City Council of Palamós in ordinary session on July 19, 2022. Exposed to public information 20 business days from the day following its publication in DOGC No. 8760, dated July 29, 2022. GRANT PROCEDURE: Competitive competition. ADVERTISING OF THE CALL: National Subsidies Database, BOP Girona, as well as on the electronic headquarters (http://seu.palamos.cat). Successive notifications and publications will be made on the municipal electronic headquarters and the corporation's notice board. RECIPIENTS: Cultural entities or non-profit associations legally constituted and domiciled in the municipality of Palamós, whose purpose is the organization, implementation and practice of cultural activities in the municipality of Palamós, may participate in the call for the subsidies object of this program. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA FOR GRANTING THE GRANT: The granting of the subsidy will be carried out according to the weighting of the objective granting criteria listed in the call. These criteria will be applied for each of the four programs. AMOUNT OF THE SUBSIDY AND ELIGIBLE EXPENSES: The maximum amount allocated to this call for the year 2024 is €26,050, charged to budgetary item 24 02 33000 48200 Subsidies and agreements to cultural entities and associations, distributed in six programs. - Program 5.1: Performing Arts €4,700 - Program 5.2: Music €5,000 - Program 5.3: Plastic Arts €1,500 - Program 5.4: Municipal Parents' Associations €9,500 - Program 5.5: Sociocultural Activities €5,350 The amount of the subsidy will be the result of the distribution of the budgetary allocation of the corresponding item among the applications submitted and depending on the program chosen. The individualized distribution of these amounts will be made by applying the assessment criteria established in this call for each program. If a program's budget is not exhausted, the excess amount will be redistributed. In no case may a subsidy be granted greater than the amount requested. FORM OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION: Applications will be formalized using the standardized model available on the electronic headquarters of the Palamós City Council (http://seu.palamos.cat). If the application or the accompanying documentation does not include the identification data and/or any of those provided for in art. 66 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, the interested party will be required, in accordance with the provisions of art. 68 of the aforementioned Law, so that within ten business days it can correct the deficiencies or accompany the mandatory documents. If you do not do so, your request will be considered withdrawn, after notification of the resolution that must be issued in the terms provided in art. 21 of Law 39/2015. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARY ENTITIES: Apart from those established in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, they must be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations; attend to the verification actions carried out by the City Council and provide the documentation that is required in the exercise of the previous actions and in relation to the subsidy granted. DEADLINE, PLACE AND METHOD OF PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS: Applications must be submitted to the General Registry of the Palamós City Council or through the electronic headquarters, without prejudice to the provisions of article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, within a period of one month from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona.
