Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. In accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the LGS, this City Council proceeds to make the call for the granting of aid to families, tutors or host families to carry out school activities. The following are understood as extracurricular activities: School sports program. Other extracurricular activities organized by the parents' associations of school centers in the municipality. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Specifically, people who meet the following requirements will be able to access these subsidies, provided that they do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of the LGS: Requirements to be met by the person applying for the subsidy: Be registered in the municipality of Eibar as of January 1, 2024. Be the holder of an Income Guarantee Income and/or the Minimum Living Income. and/or Social Emergency Aid as of January 31, 2024. Have a minor under 2 or more years of age and under 18 years of age (born between 01/01/2007 and 12/31/2022) in your care. Requirements to be met by minors: Be 2 or more years old and less than 18 years old, (born between 01/01/2007 and 12/31/2022). Be registered in the municipality of Eibar as of January 1, 2024. Have registered to carry out a public extracurricular activity specified in this call, and/or be registered in one of the associations of mothers and fathers of one of the schools in the municipality as long as it is required for participation in the activities organized by the association. 3. Subsidy amount Amount: €30,000. 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications to obtain subsidies, addressed to the convening body and signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her, along with the attached documentation, will be from September 23 to October 11, 2024 (both inclusive). Documentation may be submitted in any of the following places: Electronically, through the municipal website, www.eibar.eus. To carry out the procedure electronically, it is necessary to have a digital certificate (B@K-Q, electronic DNI, IZENPE card, etc.). In person at PEGORA, Citizen Service Office (ground floor of the Town Hall, Untzaga plaza, 1).
