Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant in-kind aid to families with minors registered in the Southern District, and enrolled in the 2023-2024 school year in some of the public or subsidized schools, located in the Southern District, in the Primary Education stage, and are aimed at covering a small part of the financial benefits derived from the expense related to materials commonly required by schools for the development of sports activities as well as changes of clothing that may lead to unforeseen circumstances typical of the school stage. The help will consist of the delivery of the necessary basic material, such as polo shirts, cotton sweatshirts, thermal bottles and lunch boxes. This material is common to those generally required by primary schools located in the Southern District. Second. Beneficiaries Parents or guardians of minors of school age between 6 and 12 years of age, within the Primary Education cycle, who meet the following requirements may be applicants for these aid in kind: Be registered, the family unit (parents and/or guardians or legal guardians and minors for whom the aid is requested), in the Southern District of the City Council of Seville. Be enrolled in the primary education cycle, in the 2022-2023 academic year in public or subsidized centers located in the territorial area of the Southern District, among which are those listed below: CP Andalucía, CP Aníbal González, CP Cristóbal Colón, CP Fernán Caballero, CP Fray Bartolomé de las Casas, CP España, CP Giménez Fernández, CP Joaquín Turina, CP Maestra Isabel Álvarez, CP Manuel Altolaguirre, CP Manuel Canela, CP Our Lady of Peace, CP Peace and Friendship, CP Zurbarán, CP Almotamid, CC Montaigne (Company of Mary), CC María Madre de la Iglesia, CC Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes, CC Religiosas Calasancias. Do not be pending documentary justification of benefits previously granted. Not be subject to any of the causes of prohibition to receive subsidies determined in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law, including being up to date in compliance with tax obligations with all Public Administrations or with Social Security imposed by current provisions. (art. 13.7 LGS) These requirements must be met from the moment of submission of applications for the call and maintained, at least, during the financial year in which the subsidy is granted. Third. Legal regime The subsidies referred to in this Call, in addition to what is provided for in it, will be governed by the basic precepts established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in its implementing regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, as well as by the provisions of the General Ordinance by which the regulatory bases of the subsidies are approved. granted by the City Council of Seville through the concession procedure under a competitive concurrence regime (BOP no. 161, of July 14, 2005), the Regulation that regulates the procedures applicable to subsidies granted by the City Council of Seville (BOP no. 161, of July 14, 2005) and the bases for the execution of the current budget of the City Council of Seville. Room. Amount The aid for expenses to be subsidized by this call will be granted under budget application 01715-32603-48900 of the current budget year. To make aid in kind effective, a procedure has been instituted to contract the supply of this material, which the District does not have. For this purpose, a file is being processed to award this contract, (File Sigglas: 2024/MEN/000381), which foresees an award for a total amount of €9,600.00, with a minimum supply of 398 school packs, with a base tender budget of €19.96 (VAT not included) each. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications and accompanying documentation, following publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of this Call, will be from September 10 to October 11, 2024, both inclusive.
