By Order AGR/1048/2023, of August 25, the Ruta del Mudéjar Rural Development Association was selected as a Local Action Group for the application of its Local Development Strategy within the framework of the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023-2027 of Spain. attributing to it a financial allocation to execute said Strategy in its territory of action, in order to award the corresponding aid to the beneficiaries who meet the established requirements. By virtue of the above, the Local Action Group: Association for Rural Development Ruta del Mudéjar, within the LEADER program, resolves to call for said aid: First.-Object To call for the granting of aid in the territorial scope of the Local Action Group: Association for Rural Development Ruta del Mudéjar within measure 7119.2 of the National Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023-2027 of Spain, to be received by the promoters of productive and non-productive projects that meet the requirements established in the Aid Regime for the application of Local Development Strategies (LEADER) in Castilla y León in the period 2023-2027 approved by Resolution of February 16, 2024, of the General Directorate of the Agri-Food Industry and Chain and the project selection criteria and their ranking, provided that they are not within the exclusions and limitations provided for in the Management Procedure of the Ruta del Mudéjar Rural Development Association. Second.-Beneficiaries Those identified in article 6 of the Resolution of February 16, 2024, of the General Directorate of the Agri-Food Industry and Chain, which approves the Aid Regime for the application of Local Development Strategies (LEADER) in Castilla y León in the period, may be beneficiaries of the aid framed in measure 7119.2. 2023-2027 (BOCyL No. 40 of February 26, 2024), taking into account the limitations established in section 4 Selection Criteria and Rating of the Management Procedure of the Association of the Association for Rural Development Ruta del Mudéjar. Third.-Amount The total amount of the credit allocated is 1,700,000 euros. Fourth.- Deadline for submission of applications From the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valladolid until December 31, 2027.
