Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/) First.—Beneficiaries. Pensioner Associations and Clubs that provide service to the elderly at the local level, for the development of activities and programs of general interest for the elderly of the Municipality of Castrillón during the year 2024. Second.—Object of the subsidy. Granting of subsidies to Pensioner Associations and Clubs that provide services to older people at the local level, intended to cover maintenance costs of the centers and those derived from the development of scheduled activities, during the year 2024. Third.—Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Castrillón City Council and its Autonomous Bodies and Dependent Entities, published in the BOPA of February 20, 2006. Fourth.—Amount. The overall amount of the call amounts to thirty-five thousand euros (€35,000.00) Fifth.—Granting criteria The subsidy will be awarded using the following formula: a) Initially, the same amount will be awarded to each of the associations that compete in the call, the sum of which will in no case exceed 50% of the total eligible for grants. b) Subtracting the fixed amount from the maximum amount of the subsidy, an amount will be obtained, which is divided by the sum of the number of members of all the competing entities, which will determine the base amount eligible for subsidy for each of the people associated with the different Centers or Clubs, who must be full members and reside in the Municipality of Castrillón. c) The sum of a) and b) will determine the final amount allocated to the subsidy of each of the competing Associations that meet all the requirements demanded in this call. Sixth.—Deadline for submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen calendar days from the publication of the call notice.
