Official description of the call
. Object and purpose Subsidy under a competitive competition regime for Entities and Associations of the municipality of Canet d'Adri, in accordance with the specific regulatory bases approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council. The activities subject to the subsidy must be carried out within the municipal area of Canet d'Adri 2. Beneficiaries and assessment criteria In accordance with point 3 of the Subsidy Regulatory Bases, all entities and associations of the municipality that appear in the Municipal Registry of Entities can participate. 3. Financial allocation and determination of budget application The amount allocated to the 2024 call is a total of €10,000, conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit with final approval. The budget applications and the amount are as follows: 2024/3380/4801 Subsidies for party commissions – €8,000 2024/3380/4802 Subsidies for entities and associations – €2,000 4. The amount of each subsidy will depend on the assessment carried out. Each application will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria established in the regulatory bases, and taking into account the qualification achieved, the budget presented and the budget allocation established in the call. The amount of the subsidy to be awarded will be determined, as well as the percentage it represents on the budget of the activity or project. The amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed 80% of the justified expense. 5. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting the application will be from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP Girona and until November 30, 2024, according to the standardized model that appears as an annex in the regulatory bases for granting subsidies. 6. Temporal scope of eligible actions Actions carried out from January 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024 will be subsidized. 7. Deadline to justify subsidies Beneficiaries must present justification of expenses once the subsidized action is completed. The deadline to justify the expenses that are the subject of a subsidy in this call ends on November 30, 2024.
