Summary

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1. Women victims of gender violence who meet each and every one of the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Be the holder, as tenant, of a housing lease contract for a property located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha. The contract will be formalized in writing in the terms provided in Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases. b) That the rented home constitutes the habitual and permanent residence of the tenant, which must be proven by means of a certificate or registration form or, failing that, by means of a responsible declaration stating that the applicant has his or her habitual residence in the home that is the subject of the lease contract. Tax domicile in Castilla-La Mancha is not required due to reasons of geographical mobility and protection of victims. c) That the applicant's income is not greater than 3 times the IPREM (14 payments). d) That the rent established in the rental contract of the housing object of the aid does not exceed 750 euros per month. The rental amounts of the linked annexes, such as a garage and storage room, will not be included if the contract details the amount of the rent for these annexes or other expenses associated with the rent such as the community of owners fee or supplies. e) Have Spanish nationality or that of any of the Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area and Switzerland, or have legal residence in Spain in the event that the applicant is a non-EU foreigner. f) Maintain the status of victim of gender violence for the period in which the aid is requested, in the event that the applicant does not have the status of victim of gender violence during the entire eligible period indicated in the call, the part of it in which she does have this condition may be subsidized, provided that the rest of the requirements and conditions are met. 2. Aid may not be granted when the applicant is in any of the following situations: a) Being the owner or usufructuary of a home in Spain, unless, as the owner of a home, she can prove its unavailability due to separation or divorce, for any other cause beyond her control or when the home is inaccessible due to the disability of the owner or a member of the cohabitation unit. For these purposes, it will not be considered that one is the owner or usufructuary of a home if the right falls only on an aliquot part of it and has been obtained by transmission mortis causa with or without a will. b) That the tenant is related in the first or second degree of consanguinity or affinity to the lessors of the home. c) That the lessee is a partner or participant in the natural or legal person acting as the leasing party. d) Be a tenant of a publicly promoted home owned by the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. Second. Object. Call for, by 2024, aid for the rental of housing aimed at women victims of gender violence in Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases. The bases of this call have been approved by Order 117/2021, of July 20, of the Ministry of Development, which approves the regulatory bases for aid for the rental of housing aimed at victims of gender violence. (DOCM no. 143, of July 28, 2021) modified by Order 110/2022 of June 3, of the Ministry of Development (DOCM no. 113, of June 14, 2022). Room. Amount and Financing. In general, beneficiaries will be granted aid of 60% of the monthly income, which they must pay for the rent of their habitual and permanent home. This amount will, however, be 75% of the monthly income of the home in the event that the beneficiary or any of her family members, ascendants or descendants, who live with her, have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% of a mental nature, or 65% of a physical nature. Lastly, the amount will be 100% of the monthly rental income of the home when any of the following causes occur for the beneficiary: a) The beneficiary proves that she is a large family. b) Comes from a situation in foster care
