Extract from Mayor's Decree No. 430/2024 dated 09/09/2024, by which the aid is called: "Municipal social benefit for school transportation of the Boimorto Council" In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call for municipal aid for school transportation. First.- Beneficiaries Natural persons, father, mother or guardian of one or more children who meet the requirements set out in the bases. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is to process and grant subsidies for families to cover school transportation expenses for the 2023-2024 academic year. Third.- Regulatory bases The bases of this subsidy will be those that appear in the specific municipal ordinance (Published in BOP No. 183 dated 09/26/2019, with the specialties indicated in this extract of the call http://bop.dacoruna.gal/bopportal/publicado/2019/09/26/2019_0000007630.html Fourth.- Amount Amount of the subsidy: 250 euros per student and academic year An amount of 3,000 €uros will be allocated from the budget application 326.48900 Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen calendar days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of the extract from the National Subsidy Database of this document. call.
