Official description of the call
First. - Regulatory Bases: The regulatory Bases of this call were approved by agreement of the Island Government Council held on September 11, 2024. Second. - Beneficiaries: Those who develop an industrial activity and are registered in any section of the IAE (Annex V) may have the status of persons or entities beneficiaries of these subsidies as long as they comply with the requirements established in Base 2 of the regulations of the call: Natural persons under the legal form of “Individual Entrepreneur”, who pay taxes in the so-called “Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers” (RETA). Legal entities called Public Limited Companies, Limited Liability Companies (SLNE, SL Unipersonal, SL, or SLL) and Civil Companies that pay Corporate Tax, which meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of the Commission, of June 17, 2014, by which certain categories of aid are declared compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the treaty (OJEU no. 187, of 6/26/14) to be defined as an SME or Microenterprise. Communities of property, civil societies and other entities without their own legal personality that pay Personal Income Tax (IRPF), which meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of the Commission, of June 17, 2014, which declares certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the treaty (OJEU no. 187, of 6/26/14) to be defined as an SME or Microenterprise. According to the definition established in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of the Commission, of June 17, 2014, by which certain categories of aid are declared compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the treaty (OJEU No. 187, of 26.6.14), medium-sized companies are considered to be those that employ less than 250 people and whose volume of annual turnover does not exceed EUR 50 million or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed EUR 43 million, small businesses are those that employ less than 50 people and whose annual turnover or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed EUR 10 million, and microenterprises, those that employ less than 10 people and whose annual turnover or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed EUR 2 million. Large companies with up to 500 employees. Third. - Purpose: To cover the expenses derived from the installation, renovation and/or replacement of the labels and/or posters and/or identification signs of the industrial establishments of the self-employed, companies and other entities in the industrial field, as well as the design of the commercial corporate image of the industrial establishments of the self-employed, companies and other entities in the industrial field, in the terms that will be established in these Regulatory Bases, so as to contribute to improving their visibility, promoting their own economic development and the of the industrial area of the island of Tenerife, while facilitating the orientation of its current, potential and future clients. Room. - Amount: The budgetary credit approved for this call amounts to FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€450,000.00), corresponding to the year 2024, declared expandable by a total of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS. The approval of this additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit as a consequence of any of the circumstances established by regulation. The amount of the subsidy will be 100% of the eligible expenses, with a maximum of ten thousand (€10,000) euros, of which: A maximum amount of €6,500 corresponding to the expenses inherent to the design, manufacturing and installation of the poster/sign/totem/sign. A maximum amount of €1,500 related to the management expenses and professional fees specified in Base 5 (Eligible Expenses). A maximum amount of €2,000 related to the costs of creating and/or designing the brand/corporate image. Applicants may receive the subsidy to finance expenses as established in Base 5 (eligible expenses), establishing the order of prevalence among them in accordance with Base 6 (valuation criteria). The aid established in these Bases will be compatible for the same subsidized project or action.
