Official description of the call
OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of this document is to call for competitive aid competition and to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting and collection of aid granted by the San Sadurniño City Council aimed at promoting the planting of native apple trees in their varieties of Ojo Negro and Príncipe (also known as Ojo Blanco, Landoy or Del Río Véselo). ELIGIBLE ACTIONS Plants purchased for new apple tree plantations in their Ojo Negro and Príncipe varieties with the door-graft pattern: MM106 will be considered eligible expenses. Initially, each beneficiary must choose only one of the two varieties that are subsidized in these Rules. The beneficiary may choose, in the same application, aid for both varieties only if they have a minimum area of 2000m2 for each variety. Financial, notarial, credit or expert expenses will not be eligible for subsidies. It will apply throughout the municipality of San Sadurniño City Council. BENEFICIARY PERSONS The following may apply to this call: Beneficiaries will be natural persons who, meeting the requirements set out in this call, own land with the minimum plantation extension established in section V of these rules (Requirements of the plantation/s). The requirements that the beneficiaries must meet on the date of publication of this call will be the following and will be accredited by signing the standardized responsible declaration model (Annex II): Adults Be up to date with their tax duties with any public entity and with Social Security Not be a debtor for reimbursement of municipal subsidy Not be a subscriber of an agreement with economic content with the City Council of San Sadurniño Not be subject to a prohibition or disqualification from receiving aid public They must have ownership of the pile(s) referenced in the application or the right to use the same(s). REQUIREMENTS OF THE PLANTATION(S) The characteristics that the new plantations must have are the following: Minimum plantation frame: 4 x 4 Minimum plantation extension: 1,000m2 Maximum plantation extension: 4,000m2 Taking into account these plantation requirements, it is established that an area of 1000m2 may contain up to 50 plants maximum. For the calculation of surfaces that are not multiples of 1000 m2, a simple rule of three will be applied to calculate the number of floors. At the time of submission of the application there cannot be any type of plantation of apple trees of the Ojo Negro and Príncipe varieties on the indicated property. You must respect the planting distances according to current regulations in relation to neighboring properties and other conditions. The plantation(s) must remain on the selected farm(s) for a minimum of 4 years from the decision to grant the aid. BUDGETARY CREDIT AND AMOUNT The financing of this call is provided by the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in item 2024/4311.48000, for a total amount of €10,000.00. The eligible amount will be up to €10.00 per plant and with a maximum limit of €2,000 per application. This subsidy will be compatible with any other, public or personal in nature, with a limit of 100% of the expense.
