¿BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/XXXX) First. Beneficiaries Natural persons, legal entities, and entities without legal personality that meet the requirements and carry out the actions contemplated in Order 7/2024 in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community. Second. Purpose To call in advance for the financial year 2025 the aid provided for in Order 7/2024. Third. Regulatory bases Order 7/2024 of June 10, of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for sustainable fishing, sustainable aquaculture, transformation and marketing of fishing and aquaculture products, (DOGV No. 9877, 06.25.2024) Fourth. Amount The maximum total amounts indicated in the following section have been estimated based on the balance available in the 2024 budgets of the Generalitat once the maximum allocation corresponding to the early call has been applied according to articles 40 and CSV:Z2IM4USA:798NGUNI:53RXR8J2 URL of validation:https://www.tramita.gva.es/csv-front/index.faces?cadena=Z2IM4USA:798NGUNI:53RXR8J2 41 of Law 1/2015, of the Generalitat, on public finances, on the instrumental public sector and on subsidies.
