Official description of the call

Extract from the resolution of the Delegate Councilor for Culture, Youth, Innovation and New Technologies dated 08/04/2023 by which it is agreed to approve the call for subsidies aimed at cultural entities for the year 2023. First. – Beneficiaries. Non-profit sports entities, which must be legally constituted and not be involved in any of the cases of incapacity or incompatibility for the receipt of public aid or subsidies. The applicant entities must have objectives and purposes that coincide with the object of the subsidy. -That their statutes have cultural objectives and purposes. - Be registered in the Registry of Associations of Galicia, and in the Registry of Associations of the City Council of As Pontes de García Rodríguez or in the Registry of Foundations of Galicia. - Carry out their activities within the territorial scope of the City Council or on topics of interest to the City Council. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at cultural entities for the year 2023. Through this call, the As Pontes de García Rodríguez City Council wants to provide support to cultural entities and contribute to achieving their own objectives, encouraging the participation of citizens in each area of action, thus contributing to the democratization of society. Third.- Regulatory bases. The program will be governed by the specific regulatory bases, which were published in BOP number 152, of August 10, 2023, available at: https://bop.dicoruna.es/bopportal/publicado/2023/08/10/2023_0000006535.pdf Fourth.- Amount. An amount of €157,700.00 will be allocated from budget application 2023.334.48900 and €22,300.00 from budget application 2023.334.78000 Fifth. Evaluation criteria. The assessment criteria are those established on the basis of the specific regulatory bases. Sixth.- Place and deadline for submitting applications. The application will have exclusively electronic format and must be submitted through the City Council's electronic headquarters: https://sede.aspontes.com/es/index.html. Only one application can be submitted per owner (if more are submitted, only the first one will be evaluated). The period will be one MONTH counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Seventh.- Justification period. The period for justifying the subsidies will end on November 30, 2023, although before the end of the period, it may be extended at the request of the interested party or by reasoned proposal of the managing unit. Eighth.-Compatibility with other aids. This subsidy is compatible with other aid, from public or private entities. In no case may the amount of the municipal subsidy be of such an amount that, in conjunction with other income, subsidies or aid, it exceeds the cost of the activity justified by the beneficiary.
