Official description of the call
This extract corresponds to the same text of the extracts of the call published with the BDNS codes 786963 and 786982. First. Beneficiaries The persons and entities specifically related to each subsidy line in articles 9, 17 and 23 of Decree 45/2024, of August 27, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Talent Acquisition Program, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this decree. To access the status of beneficiary, the applicant persons and entities must comply, in addition to those specifically indicated for each line, the common requirements provided for in art. 4. 2 of the aforementioned Decree. Second. Purpose and eligible actions. The purpose of this Resolution is to publish the credits available, in the year 2024, to meet the economic obligations that arise from the granting of the aid provided for in Decree 45/2024, of August 27, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Talent Acquisition Program. The aid lines, their purpose and eligible activities are established in articles 8, 11, 16, 19, 22 and 25 of Decree 45/2024, of August 27. The eligible period will include the actions carried out from December 15, 2023, to September 30, 2024. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for this aid are established in Decree 45/2024, of August 27, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Talent Acquisition Program. Room. Financing and amount of subsidies The amount of credit available for Line 1 is 124,080 euros for the fiscal year 2024 and 33,840.00 euros for the fiscal year 2025. The individual amount is that established in article 13 of Decree 45/2024. The amount of credit available for Line 2 is 60,000 euros for the year 2024 and 15,000.00 euros for the year 2025. The individual amount is that established in article 20 of Decree 45/2024. The amount of credit available for Line 3 is 67,200 euros for the year 2024, and 9,600.00 euros for the year 2025. The individual amount is that established in article 26 of Decree 45/2024. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The period for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha and will end on October 15, 2024. Within the previous period, applications for aid will be submitted taking into account the provisions of section 2 of the fourth resolution of this resolution. Regarding the form of presentation, it will be as established in section 3 of the fourth resolution of this resolution.
