Official description of the call
Article 2.- BENEFICIARY ENTITIES 2.1.- The following may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call: Validly constituted non-profit associations and entities, which have their registered office in the San Sadurniño City Council, carry out activities of municipal interest and are duly registered in the Municipal Registry of entities. Exceptionally, non-profit entities and associations, validly constituted, even if they are not domiciled in the City Council of San Sadurniño, to finance activities of municipal interest within the City Council or for the benefit of it. Groups of natural or legal persons, in the terms indicated in article 8 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies constituted on a non-profit basis. 2.2.- Those entities or individuals who are not up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations may not be recipients of municipal subsidies. Those entities that have a subsidy granted by the City Council pending justification. The entities with which the City Council signs some type of agreement of economic content. 2.3.- The following are excluded from this call: Activities that do not meet any requirement of these bases. Leisure trips that do not have a marked cultural nature and living expenses; For this reason, these types of expenses cannot be included in the budgets presented for any other purpose. Activities of a confessional nature or parties. Article 3.- ELIGIBLE PROGRAMS Two eligible lines are established within this call: Line 1. 3.1.- Cultural activities: Those aimed at carrying out specific or annual activities in the cultural field. Cultural activities will be understood as activities such as: celebrations, tributes, exhibitions, publications, contests, contests, samples, musical events, meetings, conferences, studies, etc., in general, any activity of conservation, promotion and dissemination of Galician cultural values. The following will be eligible expenses: Personnel expenses for the direction, coordination and monitoring of activities. Expenses for consumable materials necessary to carry out the activities. (Maximum 25% of the total admitted budget). Maintenance and accommodation expenses in case of exchanges of folklore or artistic groups. Teaching material. Rental of necessary elements to carry out the activities (boxes, tents, platforms, amplification, lighting, etc.). Hiring artists. Advertising expenses. Accident insurance for subsidized activities and civil liability. Line 2. 3.2.- Maintenance, infrastructure and cultural equipment expenses: a) For maintenance expenses, improvement of the facilities and cultural equipment of associations and non-profit entities that own or rent premises. The subsidy for having premises owned or rented must be applied to expenses directly related to the premises, both current expenses (electricity, cleaning materials, water, heating, maintenance of the premises, etc.) and expenses for maintenance or improvement of the premises (renovations, extensions, equipment of the property, etc.). Article 4.- LIMIT OF SUBSIDIES AND COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHERS The amount of the subsidy will depend on the cost of the programs, the scaling criteria and the resources available to partially cover the projects, and will in any case have a maximum amount per beneficiary of 4,000.00 euros (for cultural activities. Line 1). The subsidies granted under the provisions of these rules will be compatible with other aid for the same purpose, regardless of its origin, but in no case may the amount of the subsidy be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with subsidies or aid from other public administrations or other public or private entities, it exceeds the total cost of the activity that the beneficiary entity is going to carry out. The approved subsidy may be reviewed once the financing of the expense is known through complementary contributions of aid from other entities, as well as, where appropriate, other income.
