Official description of the call
Article 2.-ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES. The activities or promotion of sport carried out by registered sports entities with registered offices in San Sadurniño at the time of the call within the calendar period of 2024 and that are up to date with their fiscal and economic obligations with any administrative entity may be subject to subsidy. Current operating expenses and participation in sports championships will be eligible, such as registration forms for competitions, travel, refereeing, health services, purchase of sports equipment, transportation; and other ordinary operations of the entity. Financial, notarial, registration, expert expenses, fines, sanctions and administrative or criminal surcharges, nor direct taxes payable by the beneficiary entities, will not be subject to subsidy. Under no circumstances will those expenses derived from the organization of meals, gastronomic events or other similar events be considered eligible expenses. Article 3.- LIMIT OF SUBSIDIES AND COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHERS The subsidies granted under the provisions of these rules will be compatible with other aid for the same purpose, regardless of its origin, but in no case may the amount of the subsidy be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with subsidies or aid from other public Administrations or other public or private entities, it exceeds the total cost of the activity to be carried out. develop the beneficiary entity.
