Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of this call is to support non-profit sports entities and clubs in holding sporting events during the year 2024 (01/01/2024 to 11/30/2024). Second. Beneficiaries. Sports entities/associations that meet the following conditions may apply for these aids: that they are validly constituted and have their registered office in the O Grove Town Hall; that they are duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the O Grove City Council (RMA); are not profit-oriented; They are not involved in any case of incapacity or incompatibility to receive public subsidies and are up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. Third. Regulatory Bases Approved by agreement of the Local Government Board dated October 1, 2024, which will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), on the notice board, in the electronic headquarters of the O Grove City Council and by the usual means. Quarter. Credit, amount and limits of the subsidy The global amount of the aid will be agreed upon by the Governing Board of the O Grove City Council charged to the credit of application 341.48001 of the municipal budget in this year 2024, and may not exceed the amount of €20,000.00. This amount will be distributed among the requesting entities/associations. The amount of aid received by each entity may not exceed 50% of the total expense of the event it organizes. The aid will not exceed €5,000 per event. Fifth. Place and deadline for accepting applications They will be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the O Grove City Council (https://concellodogrove.sedelectronica.gal/), in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations (LPACAP). The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call for these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province.
