Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Sports entities, Federations or basic sports clubs that, in addition to complying with the requirements indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law of Subsidies, are legally constituted in accordance with the provisions of Decree 24/1998, of June 11, which regulates the operation of sports clubs and autonomous groups of the Principality of Asturias, registered, except in the case of federations, in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Principality of Asturias, and of the Castrillón City Council, with a minimum age of six months from the date of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Second.- Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of this call is to support, disseminate and promote sport in all its manifestations, genres, formats and disciplines, through the organization of sporting events. (Line 2 b Subsidies for sporting activities and events) Third.- Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Castrillón City Council and its Autonomous Bodies and Dependent Entities, published in the BOPA of February 20, 2006. Fourth.- Amount. The aid will be granted from the Budget item of the Municipal Board of Sports Activities of Castrillón, number 341,483.00 allocated for the 2024 year, with an amount of €40,000.00. Fifth.- Concession criteria. The granting criteria and award rules, provided for in article 9 of the Regulatory Bases for the call for aid, will be applied as provided for Line 2 "Sports Events", evaluating the number of days or days of competition, the number of participants in the competition, the percentage of female participation, the categories planned, the scope of the event, the technical quality of the project presented, the applicant's own financial means and the media impact. Sixth.- Application submission deadline. The presentation of the same will be carried out within a period of 10 calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. The application must be made on the standardized models and be accompanied by the documentation and information contained in article 5 of the Call Rules, related to Line 2b, "Sports Events"
