Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. The Program to improve accessibility in and to housing aims to finance the execution of actions to improve accessibility referred to in section 2 of the first resolution of the call, which are carried out on: 1. Single-family homes isolated or grouped in a row and homes located in buildings of collective residential typology, which constitute the habitual and permanent residence of the owners, usufructuaries or tenants at the time of requesting the aid. 2. Housing buildings of collective residential typology that meet the following requirements: a) That, at least 50% of their built surface above ground, excluding the ground floor or lower floors, if it has or have other compatible uses, has residential use for housing. b) That, at least, 30% of the homes constitute the habitual residence of the owners, usufructuaries or tenants at the time of the aid application, unless any of the following circumstances occur: b.1) That the person or entity that is the sole owner of the building has had to proceed to relocate the tenants to carry out the action, which must justify the effective relocation and the commitment to allocate the homes that are the object of the aid to the habitual residence of the people. tenants in the aforementioned percentage. b.2) That a person with a physical disability who, due to the lack of accessibility in the common areas, is confined to their home has their habitual residence in the building. Second. Beneficiary persons or entities. a) The owners or usufructuaries of single-family homes isolated or grouped in a row of buildings; of residential buildings of collective housing, and the homes located in the latter, whether they are natural persons or have legal personality of a private or public nature. b) Public Administrations and organizations and other entities governed by public law, as well as public companies and commercial companies wholly or majority owned by the Public Administrations, which are owners of the properties referred to in letter a). c) The communities of owners or groups of communities of owners, constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property. d) Cooperative societies made up of cooperative members who require accommodation for themselves or their family members, cooperative societies composed, in a group, of people who own homes or buildings that meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as by the owners who make up communities of owners or groups of communities of owners, constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on property. horizontal. e) Owners who, collectively, hold ownership of buildings that meet the requirements established by article 396 of the Civil Code and have not granted the title constituting horizontal property. f) Construction companies, tenants or concessionaires of the buildings, as well as cooperatives, that accredit said condition through a valid contract with a sufficient term with the property, which grants them the express power to undertake the rehabilitation works that are the object of the program. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of September 13, 2022 approving the regulatory bases for subsidies contemplated in the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE no. 180, of September 19). Room. Amount. 1. The maximum amount of €6,751,450.00 will be allocated to this call, of which €3,760,400.00 will be allocated to the credits for the year 2024 and €2,991,050.00 to the credits for the year 2025, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community.
