Official description of the call
1. Purpose and duration of incentives for hiring as employees. The purpose of these incentives is to facilitate the employability and employability of the people participating in the dual employment workshops, financed through the 2023 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops, by the General Directorate of Labor Guidance and Promotion, belonging to the “Department of Economy, Employment and Industry” of the Xunta de Galicia, in this case it will be for the students of the “Tahume IX” Employment Workshop, who finish the workshop with the pass result. The temporary contract will have a minimum duration of 3 months full-time. 2. Entities benefiting from hiring incentives. Beneficiary entities may be employers and companies, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, whose activity is directly related to the training provided in dual employment workshops, that is, the activity is related to the specialties of "Auxiliary activities in nurseries, gardens and garden centers" or "Auxiliary activities in conservation and improvement of forests", and that hire workers for third party account to provide services in work centers located in the territorial scope of the dual employment workshops. 3. Financing The subsidies subject to this call will be financed with a total credit of €30,000, charged to budget application 241I. 47000 from the budget of the Ribeira City Council 4. Number of contracts that will be subsidized and amount of incentives. The maximum number of contracts that will be subsidized is 20 contracts. Temporary contracts will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500 for each worker, corresponding to a minimum full-time contract of 3 months. 5. Applications for aid for eligible contracts must be submitted to the general registry of the Ribeira City Council in the manner determined by article 16.4 of law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of La Coruña.
