BDNS (Identification): XXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (BOE num. 276, of November 18) and article 12.1 of the standard regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, approved by Order of December 20, 2019, which approves the type regulatory bases and the type forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime (BOJA no. 249, of December 30), hereinafter Type Regulatory Bases, the Extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and herein BOJA. First. Call and purpose Call for subsidies in accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs of August 1, 2022, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, in matters of health and consumption (BOJA no. 151, of August 8) in projects aimed at the following Line: • Line 3. Promotion of actions aimed at patient safety through the promotion of the health of health professionals Second. Beneficiaries 1. The general requirements that interested entities must accredit, the presentation and processing, the procedure for granting subsidies, their payment, the justification of expenditure and destination will be governed by the provisions of the aforementioned Order of August 1, 2022. 2. In accordance with what is contemplated in section 4. a) 1 of the summary table of the regulatory bases of this line, only projects presented by official associations may be subsidized. of health professionals from Andalusia and their general advice. Third. Financing and maximum amount of subsidies to be awarded with the call. 1. The granting of subsidies will be limited by existing budgetary availability, in accordance with article 119.2.j) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Government of Andalusia, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2 (BOJA no. 53, of March 18). 2. The subsidies will be granted from the credits assigned to the following budget items and programs of program 41D, for a maximum amount of €150,000.00, with the following distribution: Fiscal Year Budget Item Credit 2024 1300010000 G/41D/48103/00 €150,000.00 Fourth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. 1. In accordance with the provisions of article 12.2 of the Type Regulatory Bases, the deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days, counting from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of this call and its extract. 2. The place of submission of subsidy applications will be, as provided for in article 10.c) of the Summary Table, in addition to the electronic registry of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, through the following electronic address: https://ws094.juntadeandalucia.es/V_virtual/SolicitarTicket?v=PEG 3. The application forms, and where appropriate, allegations and other possible actions to be taken, are published in BOJA, along with the call, and that they can also be accessed through the National Grant Publication System. Fifth. Maximum amount to be granted per application submitted and duration of eligible projects. 1. The maximum amount to be granted for each application submitted, which meets the requirements set out in the rules of the call, will be €150,000. 2. The projects must be carried out in the 2023 and 2024 budget years, unless the concession resolution is modified.
