Subsidies to promote social volunteering and social actions with an impact on vulnerable groups and people

Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries: Those foundations, associations, federations and other entities that, at the end of the application submission period, meet each and every one of the following requirements may acquire the status of beneficiaries and apply for the subsidy: With respect to Line 1, called "Actions in the social field by Third Sector entities", it will be necessary to: Have legal personality and be non-profit. The corporate purpose of the entity must be limited to the field of social services. Carry out recognized social work expressly declared in the purposes of its statutes and confirmed by its activities. Not being in any of the prohibition cases for obtaining the status of beneficiary of subsidies established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Córdoba. Be carrying out or have carried out over the last two years, within the municipality of Córdoba, activities that contribute to the achievement of any of the objectives set out in article 5 of Law 9/2016, of December 27, on Social Services of Andalusia. Not have any subsidy from Córdoba City Council pending justification for reasons attributable to the entity. Be up to date in compliance with tax obligations with the State, the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the City Council of Córdoba, and with Social Security. Be up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies with the Córdoba City Council. With respect to Line 2, headed "Actions that promote volunteering in the social field", it will be necessary to: Have legal personality and be non-profit. Carry out recognized social work expressly declared in the purposes of its statutes and confirmed by its volunteer activities. Not being in any of the prohibition cases for obtaining the status of beneficiary of subsidies listed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Córdoba. Not have any subsidy from Córdoba City Council pending justification for reasons attributable to the entity. Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the State, the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the City Council of Córdoba, and with Social Security. Be up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies with the Córdoba City Council. Be developing or have developed, in the last two years, volunteer activities in the social field within the municipality of Córdoba that contribute to the achievement of any of the objectives provided for in article 5 of Law 9/2016, of December 27, on Social Services of Andalusia. Be registered in the General Registry of Volunteer Entities of Andalusia, regulated in article 18 of Law 4/2018, of May 8, Andalusian Volunteering (BOJA, no. 91, of May 14, 2018), and must be classified in the Social Area, without prejudice to having another or other areas of action. Have current insurance policies signed, which are appropriate to the characteristics and circumstances of the activity carried out by the volunteers, which cover the risks of accidents, illness and civil liability for damages caused to third parties derived directly from the voluntary activity. Each and every one of the requirements indicated above to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies of each Line, must be maintained until the end date of the execution period. In any case, each requesting entity must prove compliance with the above requirements in the manner specified in the Seventh and Eighth Bases. This call can be attended individually or jointly with other organizations. In the latter case, all the entities that make up the group without personality must comply with the requirements indicated above and those established in letter b) of article 4.1 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Córdoba City Council, and must indicate in the application the execution commitments.
